In year of 2005, Zetar Industry Co., Limited was found in Shanghai, mainly for plastic injection service and plastic molds making service. After years of developing, Zetar got more and more projects related to wood crafts. Then Zetar created the wholly-owned subsidiary, Zoey industry Co., Limited in year of 2017, which is mainly for wood CNC service, wood shaping service and other related online sales service.

As a factory for wood crafts, Zoey industry Co., Limited has a 2000 square meters workshop, a 1200 square meters warehouse and a 400 square meters office in Shanghai China. Our factory is fully equipped with various of high quality machines. There are ten sets of 3-axis carving machines, four sets of 4-axis carving machines, 5 sets of shaping machines/copy mills, and some sanders and laser machines. There are over 30 workers working in our workshop and most of them are with over 10 experience in the woodworking filed. 

As we are mainly providing OEM/ODM service, we can custom make any kind of wood crafts and products, like handles, holders, wood animals, box and so on. The biggest parts we can carving is around 1 meter by 1 meter by 30 center-meter. We are mainly use the Oak, walnut, ash, beech, poplar, pine and so on.        2. ODM Service:

We have two engineers who is experienced in products design and 3D drawing. So, just tell us your idea or concept and requirements, the engineers will make it come true. When you confirm the drawing, we will provide the quotation in 24 hours.

       3. Assembly and Packing Service:

In this filed, most of the wood crafts are need be assembled and packed by a colorful box to gain the markets. Zoey Industry as a specialized factory, we have a 200 square meters packing workshop. So, if you have outsource some spare parts, we can help make them be one finish products.

       4. Warehouse Service:

We know the market is towards personalized customization and fragmented orders, so Zoey Industry are willing to help the customers to keep some stock in our warehouse. This way, the customers can have more time to adjust his shipment destinations.

       5. Laser and Label Service:

We have equipped the laser machine, so we can laser your logo and your slogan on the wood products as you want. We have many Amazon customers, so we are familiar with the labeling process and shipping methods.

Q1. What is your terms of packing?
A: Generally, we pack our goods in neutral white boxes and brown cartons. If you have legally registered patent, we can pack the goods in your branded boxes after getting your authorization letters.

 

Q2. What is your terms of payment?
A: T/T 50% as deposit, and 50% before delivery. We'll show you the photos of the products and packages before you pay the balance.

 

Q3. What is your terms of delivery?
A: EXW,DDP, FOB, CIF, DDU.

 

Q4. How about your delivery time?
A: Generally, it will take 10 to 20 days after receiving your advance payment. The specific delivery time depends 
on the items and the quantity of your order.

 

Q5. Can you produce according to the samples?
A: Yes, we can produce by your samples or technical drawings. We can build the molds and fixtures.

 

Q6. What is your sample policy?
A: We can supply the sample if we have ready parts in stock, but the customers have to pay the sample cost and the courier cost.
